Booking & Cancellation Policy

By submitting payment, the client agrees to Bartelini’s Booking, Changes, Cancellation, Refund, Event Conditions, Responsibility / Force Majeure

Booking / Deposit / Changes & Adjustments / Cancellations

  • A booking deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your event date.

  • The event date is considered confirmed only after the deposit is received.

  • Changes to guest count, service duration, or add-ons must be requested no later than 48–72 hours before the event.

  • Last-minute changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

  • Any additional services, upgrades, or add-ons requested after the initial booking ("Add-ons") will be invoiced separately or added to the final invoice. Pricing may be adjusted accordingly based on updated requirements.

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that Bartelini is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded.

  • We understand that life happens. In case of serious unforeseen personal circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While booking deposits are non-refundable, we will do our best to offer a reschedule or credit when possible.

  • All booking deposits are non-refundable.

  • If the event is cancelled: More than 7 days before the event → deposit is forfeited.

  • Less than 72 hours before the event → Bartelini reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total service fee.

  • Rescheduling: One-time rescheduling is allowed subject to availability, provided written notice is given at least 7–14 days in advance. The deposit may be transferred to the new date. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.

Event Conditions & Responsibility / Force Majeure

  • Client is responsible for compliance with venue rules, local regulations, and legal drinking age requirements.

  • Bartelini reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or in unsafe conditions.

  • Bartelini is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by venue restrictions, guest behavior, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  • Bartelini is not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.

  • In such cases, rescheduling will be discussed when possible.
